General Description

Passion for good sound and a wide range of models - that's what Arrow stands for. With a lot of know-how from years of data collection and collaboration with racing drivers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, the Arrow exhaust systems are constantly being developed and optimized as technology advances and based on current trends.

Collectors and pipes are the key to optimal exhaust routing and planned power development. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter play a significant role in this. The diameter of the pipes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and design, as well as the routing of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, the connecting pieces and the intermediate pipes right up to the rear silencers is worked out in countless test bench runs.

The Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also made from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It is highly resistant to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold version is used in racing.
